RSS Edge Shoes is committed to customer satisfaction. All our products are of the highest quality and our best efforts have been made to ensure that these products are in good condition when shipped.

What are your returns / refunds policy?
If the item we ship to you is found to be faulty or damaged, you may request for a return / refund. However, you MUST inform us within 48 hours in writing (email is acceptable), with a detailed description of the fault / damage. If possible, please send us a clear digital image of the fault / damage. We will revert with an appropriate course of action, which may involve a credit note or a replacement.

Can I return an item and request for a refund if I have a change of mind?
No. Our returns / refunds policy covers only goods that are faulty or damaged.

If a refund is approved, will my payment be reversed?
All refunds are in the form of Credit Notes only. These can be used against your next order.

I have been asked to return a faulty / damaged item. Is there anything specific I should know?
In the event that a return of the item is required, please ensure that it is in the same condition as purchased and in the original packaging. Items must reach us within 7 days of receipt of shipment. All expenses associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.

To ensure a fast and accurate processing of your return, please enclose the remittance or shipping copy of the original invoice. We reserve the right to decline a replacement if any condition is not met.


Exchanges online shops
Do you offer any exchanges on our online shops?
No exchanges are offered at this time unless the model is faulty.
I have sent the model back for an exchange but you have no stock?
If this scenario happens we will issue a credit for that model.
